Orders Execution Policy

1. Prohibited Content
   We do not accept orders that promote pornographic, hateful, or gambling-related websites or social media accounts.
2. Public Profile Requirement
   Before placing an order, make sure your Profile, Channel, or Page is publicly accessible to all users. Private or restricted accounts may cause delays or failure of service delivery.
3. Order Finality
   All orders are considered final once placed. While cancellation is not guaranteed, you may submit a support ticket to request it. The administration will review your request and decide if cancellation is possible.
4. Order Tracking
   Every order is assigned a unique Order ID for tracking purposes.
5. Service Guarantee
   Only services labeled with a “Refill” option come with a guarantee. No guarantees are provided for services without this feature.
6. Scope of Guarantee
   We only guarantee the delivery of the quantity ordered. For example, if your account starts with 500 followers and you order 1,000, we guarantee the 1,000 delivered—not a total of 1,500.
7. Exclusive Order Processing
   Do not place overlapping orders for the same link from this panel or any other provider. If you do, no refunds will be issued, and accurate delivery results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Profile Changes During Orders
   Changing your username, deleting your page/account, or making your account private during or after placing an order invalidates any guarantees. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
9. Simultaneous Services Warning
   Avoid using multiple services for the same link at the same time. Wait for the current order to be marked as Completed, Canceled, or Partial before placing another. Otherwise, we will not cancel the order or issue refunds, and results may be inconsistent.
10. Re-Ordering After Drops
    If an order drops, wait until it is refilled, canceled, or partially filled before placing a new order for the same link.
11. Order Completion Tracking
    Our system captures the starting number at the time the order is placed. An order is marked as Completed once the ordered quantity is fulfilled.
12. No Guarantee Beyond 10K+
    If your page already has over 10,000 followers/likes/views, we do not offer refill guarantees, as we cannot verify where drops occurred.
13. Completed Orders Are Final
    No refunds will be issued for orders marked as Completed.
14. Interaction Disclaimer
    We only guarantee the delivery of subscribers, likes, views, etc. We do not guarantee engagement such as comments or interactions with your content.
15. Timing & Profile Visibility Disclaimer
    We do not guarantee delivery speed, timing, or visibility of specific user profiles. All figures in service descriptions are estimates and should not be taken as guaranteed outcomes.
